Outdoor Christmas Decor

Here are my decorations for outside. I used bells, deco mesh and "Mr. Nutcracker".
That's the Nutcracker wreath that I made last year.

I added lighted greenery and shatterproof balls to my wall planter.
I have two hanging planters that I wove deco mesh around and added lighted greenery with a shatterproof ball.
Merry Christmas.

Five Easy Thanksgiving Place Cards

I found five easy Thanksgiving place cards that would be so cute for your table. I really like this one from Between Naps on the Porch. She used a cute turkey sticker on her place cards.
This mini Mayflower place card from Rook No. 17,  is really cute.
The kids could help with these turkey flower place cards from Our Best Bites
Who doesn't love monograms? The Woven Home gives a great tutorial on how to monogram pumpkins.
Infarrantly Creative  used Dollar Tree pumpkins and added a tea light on top.
So many great ideas out there. I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm headed to Georgia on saturday and we are staying all week. This will be my last post until I get back.

Fall/Thanksgiving Decorating

I hope everybody had a great weekend. I put up the halloween decorations and did a little fall decorating. I don't do alot for Thanksgiving because we go to Georgia and spend time with family. This year we are going to my mother-in-laws beautiful mountain home. Anyway, this is my baker's rack in the breakfast room and I bought the platter from Wal-mart.
I bought the pilgrim last year from World Market, it was on clearance for $7. The pilgrim salt and pepper shakers came from Publix. For those of you that have a Publix do you remember these? I wish they would sell this again.
This is on the bar, I have a tray, plate and serving dish that I bought from Walmart. They have some pretty decor this year. I found some glittery acorns to put on the tray. A friend made some pumpkin spice candles and gave me one. It smells so good.
I bought this lantern swag from Kristen's Creations, she makes the most beautiful things. This is another plate from Wal-mart.
I made this pumpkin tassel and.......
My fall mantel. The two pumpkins and pheasant came from Hobby Lobby and the plates came from Walmart.
Happy Fall,

Last Minute Halloween Ideas

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Here are some last minute ideas for Halloween. I bought a Dollar Tree serving tray, primed it and used Krylon Glitter Blast Orange. I bought the spiderweb from Michael's and added the sticker to it. Very easy.

Next up...... Treat Jars..... These were fun to make too! Do you see the black owl? I got the idea from Pink Cake Plate and then that idea turned into these.  The other owl I bought from Dollar Tree, but I didn't spray paint that one because I liked the colors of it.  The ghost and pumpkin are picture holders and I tied some ribbon on those.  All of the labels were found.... where?   PINTEREST!!!   I love Pinterest.LOL
These three jars were done with Duct tape. They make so many great patterns now.
I found this snow globe at Dollar Tree and you have to have a witch hat treat jar.
Does anybody know what this is? A BBQ basting mop, silly. I bought this during the summer at Dollar Tree and I knew what I was going to use it for. I turned it into.....
A little witch broom. I used Rit Dye and tied tulle and ribbon to them. These would be cute hanging on a tree or used on a tablescape.
Well, that's all and I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween tonight.

More Halloween Around the House

My entryway table with a spider, a crow and a puppy; Oh my!
The lantern all dressed up with Mr. Pumpkin candle inside.
This puppy flower arrangement would look cute as a centerpiece for your table or just to incorporate it into  your decor.
She has a witch hat and cauldron and she is ready for Halloween.
I've also started this haunted halloween village. My mother-in-law gave me the big house...oh Lord, when Jeff and I first got married and I made the tree last year. It was from Dollar Tree and I painted it black and added some ornaments and tied tulle to the branches. The small houses, trees and bridge are from...... you guessed it.. Dollar Tree and I spray painted those pieces.
I made another cloche. Ya'll know how much I like making these with Dollar Tree garbage cans. I put a witch on top and added tulle and ribbon.
The feather tree and candy dish came from Hobby Lobby and...this is Malley, if he doesn't watch out he's going to end up with a witches hat too.LOL
This is another candy jar that I made. The jar came from Old Time Pottery and I painted the candlestick orange and that came from Dollar Tree.
This is "Big Kitty". I bought her at a craft show years ago and the eyes have green lights in them. I made the ghost tassel hanging on the door.

And.....my witch tassel.
Ladies, we have to have some glam and this is my Pink-O-Ween. I made the wreath last year and the skull and spider climbing up the table came from Target. I still want to make some more Pink-O-Ween pieces.
Have a great day!

Halloween Mantel and More

Here is my Halloween mantel. For the cauldron's, I used the foam filler spray to make the limbs stand up. I pinned it and tried it and it does work.  Do you like the witch's legs?  She has a rip in her boot from coming down the chimney.hehe
The crow is festive with his little witch hat.
I bought these 2 planters from Dollar Tree and glued a piece of styrofoam on the bottom to insert the stake in and covered that with lighted Halloween garland and tied deco mesh to the garland.  I have 2 more that I made and I will probably put those outside.
Mr. Ghost.
I like the witch dish and the candy jar. I bought the candy jar from Old Time Pottery last year and glued that to the painted candle stick that I bought from Dollar Tree.
That's all for now but there will be more to come.
