Chicken Pecan Fettucine
1 lb boneless chicken tenders
1 cup fresh pre-sliced mushrooms(rinsed)
1 tsp roasted garlic(I use the garlic in the jar)
1 TBS butter
Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz fettucine pasta
2 TBS flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup pecan pieces
large ziplock bag
Cook 8 oz pasta according to package directions.
Combine flour and seasoned salt in the ziplock bag; shake to mix it up. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and put in bag and shake to coat.
Preheat your pan and place butter in pan; to coat. Add garlic and chicken; cook for 5 minutes, to brown the chicken.
Stir mushrooms into chicken and cook for 4 minutes, or until tender.
Add cream and cook for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
Drain pasta and stir into chicken.
Sprinkle pecans and parmesan cheese on it.
